What types of payment do you accept?

We can accept checks, bank transfers or credit card payments (securely via Stripe).

Internet Explorer 7, 8 or 9 and Firefox 3 + Safari 4 + Chrome 4 (and higher).

Can I choose how long I'd like to sign up for, 1 month, 6 months, 12 months etc. ?

Yes, you can. You can pay each month, or pay up front for 6, 12 or 18 months and get a discount. Email us and we can give you a Quote.

What is a ‘user’?

A user is anyone who you have invited to Vetter. We know that not everyone that gets invited will participate but we’ve found basing our pricing on invited users to be the easiest for organizations to understand and work around.

Are my ideas secure?

Ideas from employees at your company and your payment information are encrypted using SSL, and stored in a secure-cloud based server, so your ideas are kept private to you and your team members. You can read about security and where our app is hosted on our Security page (link)
